I didn’t answer the phone so it dropped to voicemail. The person said I was involved in a tax fraud investigation and told me to press a button to speak to someone at HMRC. They warned me I’d be arrested soon if I didn’t respond. I’ve heard of scams like this before, so I just ignored it and deleted the number. Still, it worries me that others might actually believe it.
