Got a phone call telling me to press one because apparently I've done some tax fraud and if I don’t press it, the police will come and arrest me! It was some robotic voice and the call only lasted about half a minute. I just ended the call straight away but I can imagine how frightening it might be for someone who’s more vulnerable. I’ve sent a report to HMRC about it.

Got a robocall from someone pretending to be HMRC, said I’m involved in TAX FRAUD or something and told me to press 1 to talk to their department. Total scam.
