Between 1 and 4 in the morning I kept getting calls, like four times in total. I didn't pick up any of them and there was no voice message on the answerphone.

I got a call saying there was some fraud claim on my name and to press 1 to talk to someone from HMRC. Turns out, HMRC would never phone you about something like that - they always send letters first. I nearly got caught out by this scam before, but thankfully I realised what it was just in time. Learned to be more careful now!

Got a dodgy call saying it was from HM Revenue and Customs. Definitely a scam, so I wouldn’t pick up if I was you.
