I got a robo call claiming I was caught up in some tax fraud nonsense. It told me to press 1 or else I’d be arrested! It’s such a dodgy scam, really hope old folks don't fall for it.

Got a voicemail from someone claiming to be from HMRC saying there’s a tax fraud investigation against me. They said I had to press 1 to speak to HMRC or the police would be sent to arrest me straight away. Total scam, don’t fall for it! They just want to steal cash. Best to report these calls right away to HMRC at [email protected].
