Got a call from someone saying they're from HMRC, and it was one of those robo calls that told me to press one. As soon as I did, the line just went dead. Definitely a scam, in my opinion. If the tax office really needs to get in touch, they’d send a letter, no doubt about it!

Got a call from some dodgy folks pretending to be HMRC. Just hang up on them and make sure you report it to Action Fraud, it’s the way to deal with these crooks.
