My phone buzzed with a call from 03002009065, which I chose to disregard. To my surprise, they actually left a voicemail. Assuming it might be a message from the Blood Donation folks, I decided to give it a listen. To my astonishment, the message instructed me to state my name immediately, threatening that I would be apprehended soon after. Naturally, I opted not to reveal my identity!

I received a call from this number purporting to be the HMRC's Tax Fraud Team. I highly recommend hanging up immediately and not engaging with them at all.

i got a call from this number saying they were from the hmrc tax fraud team. when i said my name they just ended the call. so i rang back and a guy picked up, telling me if i got a call from that number about hmrc it’s a scam. my phone hasn’t blocked the number yet. gm

Phoned by someone saying they were from HMRC, threatening to get me arrested and take me to court if I didn't pay up immediately with gift cards. Thankfully, I didn’t fall for it, but it was a pretty scary call. Definitely a scam.
