I've received calls from this number, along with others, claiming to be from HMRC, pressuring me for cash to settle alleged tax fraud! They had the audacity to threaten legal action, specifying a supposed debt of £857.65, and warned that if I didn’t comply, it could balloon to a staggering amount with court fees. When I inquired about their location, the bloke had the cheek to say he was at the House of Commons! Honestly, it’s a complete and utter charade. I contacted HMRC directly and confirmed it was nothing to do with them. Just be wary, folks!
