Got a call from someone saying they were with HMRC, saying I could be arrested for tax fraud. They said if I paid up right then over the phone, they’d cancel the arrest. Such a silly scam, I know HMRC wouldn't ever ring you like that.

I got a call from 03002008884 where they said I was under investigation for some tax offence and threatened that HMRC would arrest me straight away. Seemed really dodgy to me.

Some bloke said he was from HMRC and told me there’s a tax issue against me. He said if I dont press 1 to talk to them, they’d send a warrant and get me nicked. What complete muppets.
