Dont pick up if this number rings you. When I rang it back, they told me someone else has been using it fraudulently, and apparently its tied to an HMRC scam. Best thing to do is block it ASAP.

Got a call claiming HMRC said there's a warrant out for me. They told me to ring 1 to get through or something. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.
