The HM Inspector of Taxes isn't a thing anymore; they've merged with customs. So right there, that sounds dodgy. Plus, they'd never ring you up with a robo-call. And to top it off, the person on the phone had a strong Indian accent. For me, that's a dead giveaway.

I got this automated call saying I’d be arrested if I didn’t hit number 1, no clue who they were or what it was about.
