Absolutely dreadful! I received a recorded voicemail supposedly from HMRC, warning that if I didn’t return their call-most likely to some extortionately priced number-a warrant for my arrest would be issued! I'd recommend ignoring it and blocking this number entirely, which I’ve done myself!

Had a rather concerning call earlier from a number that purported to be HMRC. They left an automated voice message threatening that there’s a warrant out for my arrest due to alleged fraudulent activity. I was told that if I didn’t press one, the authorities would swoop in right away. Quite the scare tactic! The number in question was ‭0300 200 2028‬.

Complete con job! They purport to be from HMRC, insisting there’s a case lodged against me. They threatened that if I didn’t press 1 to connect with the so-called officer in charge, I'd be apprehended instantly! What a load of nonsense!
