Here's a gist of the conversation:
"You've received a call from HMRC. There's been fraudulent activity associated with your name. Press 1 for more information. Failing to do so will result in further action and likely your imminent arrest."

It's clear they’ll be fishing for your personal information to pull off their own scam.
Alternatively, this could be a sneaky reverse charge ploy,
or merely an attempt to mark your number as 'in use' so they can continue pestering you.

I received a rather dodgy call from a robotic voice claiming it was about tax fraud. The message instructed me to press 1 immediately, or I’d be facing an arrest warrant without delay. Quite the threat, isn’t it?
