I just got a call from this number and I've gone ahead and blocked it.

This kind of phone call is just a misuse of the phone system. They said I’d be arrested if I didn’t press ‘1’ right away. I knew straight away it was a scam, but I can’t help thinking about the people who might be more at risk and fall for it.

Got another bloody robocall with some automated voice going on about a FRAUD ticket against me, threatening to send the cops round if I don’t press 1. Something along those lines anyway. It’s always the same nonsense, probably coming from the exact same place and the same bunch of muppets (if you can even call them people), just using a different number this time. Best thing is just to hang up straight away on these total time wasters.
