I received a recorded message claiming to be from HMRC, stating there was a fraud allegation linked to my name (which they annoyingly failed to specify!). They insisted that I press button 1 to acknowledge the call; otherwise, they threatened to send someone to arrest me. Honestly, it sounded like a right scam - utterly disgraceful!
