This number just rang me saying they're from the housing repairs dept, working for the council and a housing association. If you get a call like this and haven't been told about any work by the council or housing association, or no official letters or anything, I'd say just block it. They ask loads of questions and seem dodgy - defo a scam trying to hassle you, nothing legit.
