I didn’t pick up when they called, but there was a voicemail in what I think was Chinese or another language I didn’t understand. Totally clueless about the number so I’ve just blocked it now. Strange thing is, I recently taxed my car - could this be connected somehow?

Complete scam call. They say they’re from the Home Office Immigration, but the first thing they ask for is your date of birth. Turns out, they use that info to grab a PAC code and switch your phone number to another network, probably to mess with 2-factor authentication and stuff. They don’t even have your name, just wanna check your DOB. Stay sharp!

I got an email saying my direct debit got declined ’cause not enough money in my account. Honestly, these lot are scammers. They send you a link but don’t enter any of your info, seriously. Don’t ring them back either. They only got my first name and part of my surname, plus my full number plate. If you can read English properly, you’ll see the whole thing is rubbish. Bloody scammers. I checked online and my car insurance is all sorted with the gov, so it’s clear those guys are dodgy as hell. Really hate these people.

Received a barrage of silent calls at 1 in the morning, and I'm absolutely fuming! What a joke, honestly! It feels like nothing short of harassment. What’s the point of it all? If it’s an automated system, they could at least have the decency to play a silly recording, prompting you to press 1 or hang up if it’s not relevant to you! It’s utterly ridiculous!
