So I rang 03001232222 and chose the * report a NEW repair * option. A bloke picked up saying just "hello?" and then asked for my info. When I asked for his name, he said “simba.” He mentioned he’d ring me back in about 30 minutes about the repair. That was last Friday, the 27th, but he’s never called back. He said he was somewhere in Birmingham when I asked where exactly he was.

Watch out for THIS number! Supposedly it’s from Birmingham and claims to accept rent payments for Metlin/Bromford, plus court fees! But when I phoned, they said they didn’t have info on current tenants and then asked me to enter my details into THEIR system. Doesn’t feel genuine at all to me. Better get some advice before dealing with them.

They claim to be from Bromford Repairs. I'm just waiting to verify if that's actually true.

Whenever I pick up the phone, there's silence on the other end. I genuinely believed these sorts of calls had become a relic of history!
