They keep pushing me to pay for a safety booklet that I supposedly agreed to, but honestly, I never said yes to any ongoing publications. Each time they call, they send me invoices with so-called discounts, but I've yet to receive a single copy of what they're charging me for. They’re just fast sending the bills without any proof of the stuff they’re billing me for. Quite dodgy if you ask me.
