Got a voicemail on our answering machine from someone saying they were from HMRC. The number they gave didn’t seem to work when I tried calling back. I asked my accountant about it, and he suspects it might be a scam since our taxes are all sorted. What's worse, a few weeks ago I accidentally clicked on a link in an email that looked like it was from Companies House but turned out to be from ‘companyhouse ei’. Really hoping this isn't all connected, because normally I’m pretty careful with these things.
