We are a local pharmacy and received a phone call from this number. The caller said they wanted to send us a prescription by fax. We told them that sending it that way would break GDPR rules and suggested they send it electronically instead. They then said their internet wasn’t working. When we requested their name and address for verification, they just ended the call. We’re quite unsure if it was a legitimate call or not. If it was genuine, it’s worrying that they refused to give any details and hung up. Otherwise, it might have just been a scam.

If you’re trying to reach the Herts Urgent Care, this is their number. I contacted them once when I felt sick outside my GP's working hours because the surgery's after-hours line was just busy. They sorted everything for me and set up a late appointment at the nearest hospital. Really helpful lot!
