They said they’d cover all costs for wall insulation and even provide free boilers. A guy came round to take measurements and called the next day saying they’d secured the funding and would begin work the following day. I told them no one had explained what was happening and I wasn’t ready for anyone to start. I flat out said no to the insulation job. Since then, they haven’t contacted me again. Felt a bit off from the start.
