8 yearsSome bloke rang saying he was from TalkTalk, which is what my mum uses for her broadband and phone. Then he handed the call to a woman with really dodgy English. She kept telling my mum that her internet was hacked by a nasty virus and that she needed to get into the laptop to fix it. I quickly called my phone provider and they confirmed there wasn’t any issue with the internet on any of our devices.
