I had a right chancer on the phone earlier, someone with a noticeable Indian accent who didn’t seem to grasp the concept of ‘no’. No matter how clear I was, he just wouldn’t take my refusal for an answer. He was trying to persuade me to extend the warranties on my washing machine and boiler, but that was definitely not on my agenda!
