Initially, the individual on the line was quite courteous; however, it soon became apparent that she was up to no good. Claiming to represent a debt consolidation company, she offered to assist in settling my supposed unpaid debts. Little did she know, I don’t have any outstanding debts linked to my name. It’s a shame that some people resort to such trickery!

Got a call from a bloke with a strange accent who knew my name right away. When I asked what it was about, he claimed I owed money and was in debt. I questioned where he pulled that info from and he said some debt collection agency. Since I don’t owe anything to anyone, I thought about messing with him for a while but decided nope. Told him I knew he was a scammer and that it was gross, then he just hung up on me.
