I received a call from the energy provider who seemed to know I owned the property. I chuckled and mentioned that I was actually squatting here. She promptly replied that she would have to terminate the conversation since she couldn't assist me further. Quite amusing, really! 😄

A lady called from what she claimed was “your neighbourhood energy-saving service.” She wanted me to respond to a handful of questions. It definitely felt like I was being roped into some kind of energy scam. When I pressed her on why I was being contacted out of the blue, she abruptly hung up. Quite the dubious experience, I must say!

I received a rather posh phone call from a lady who claimed to be representing the local energy council. She inquired whether I was the homeowner, to which I responded that I'm merely a tenant. After that, she promptly said, "they won't be able to help you." I hadn’t even sought any help, so I’m left thinking it’s likely a scam. Not that I can afford any of that nonsense anyway!

I received a phone call from an Asian individual who seemed very keen on gathering personal information under the guise of conducting a survey. When he mentioned my name and address, I felt quite uneasy. I decided to politely decline any further conversation and promptly hung up.

Received a call on my phone today from someone named Charlie, who sounded of Asian descent. He seemed to have my name and address, which is rather unsettling. He fired off a barrage of questions, but honestly, I found it hard to follow what he was saying. Gave up in the end, feeling quite concerned.

I received a call from someone who started probing me with personal inquiries. When I declined to provide any information, they became quite irate. It was unsolicited, to say the least.

I recently found myself thrust into a survey without any prior notice. It kicked off with a series of rather intrusive questions about personal finances, which I chose to skip. However, it seemed to carry on relentlessly, much to my annoyance.
