I received a call from the number 02922722032 earlier today. The person on the line inquired if they were speaking with a Mr. xxxx xxxx. I replied that they were mistaken, and promptly, the caller hung up. Quite peculiar, if you ask me!

They seemed to have an uncanny knowledge of my name and previous address. Then they went on to inquire about my height, weight, and even the make of my washing machine! What a laugh! 😂😂

I received a rather unsettling message from someone, possibly from an Indian background, who explicitly warned me that if I failed to send over a gift card, he would come after me with a knife. The threat was quite grave, leaving me feeling rather on edge, to say the least.

Interestingly, I got a similar call the day before from a closely matched number, both sporting the Cardiff area code. Feels like it might be some sort of unwanted marketing ploy, if you ask me.

It’s undoubtedly a dodgy call! As a doctor, I would expect that if it were legitimate, they’d have left a voicemail to arrange a proper follow-up about their issue. But alas, no such luck! With all these fraudulent calls going around, it’s only a matter of time before someone genuinely suffers because of this nonsense.
