I received a rather peculiar phone call from someone purporting to be an agent from O2, who was rather keen to discuss a supposed phone upgrade and discounts. The odd thing is, I don't even have an account with O2! It certainly raised my suspicions that it could be a scam. Quite the odd encounter, I must say.
