I've received a series of unwelcome phone calls over the last few days.

I received a rather dubious call claiming to be from EE, stating that they had a unique promotional offer just for me. They mentioned something about an early upgrade, but as I'm not even a customer of EE, I quickly turned them down and promptly blocked that number. Sounds like a right con to me!
