Got a call from someone with an Asian accent, sounded like they were from a call centre in India. They kept asking all these so-called 'marketing' questions, but I'm pretty sure it was some sort of scam!

I went ahead and blocked that number straight away since I’ve got no contacts or connections in Cardiff at all, so there’s no sensible reason for them to call me other than to hassle me with scams or sales pitches. Lately I’ve been getting loads of these annoying calls from all over the “UK” and I just refuse to pick up from numbers I don’t recognise. My advice is to block and ignore unfamiliar calls too. Better safe than sorry!

The call was obviously faked to make it seem like it came from Cardiff. Still rubbish though, so I went ahead and blocked it!

There's a strong chance this number is bothersome. The person on the other end appeared to be of Asian descent and claimed he only wanted to pose a couple of questions. He assured me that he had no intention of pushing any sales on me.
