They claim they’re trying to lower my bill but when I nicely say no thanks, they keep going on and get really pushy. They say “we’re not selling you anything, we just wanna help with your bill” but it’s just a scam, don’t trust them!

Someone with an Indian accent called me, saying his name was Sam and he was from O2’s promotions team wanting to chat about my account. I told him they weren’t actually from O2 and he quickly got really rude. I told him to remove my details from their list, then he just hung up on me. I blocked the number straight away and reported it to the 7726 spam line.
