Got a super loud call, turns out it was some dodgy scam place on the other end.

Got a call from some random number I didn’t recognise, so I let it go to voicemail. Nothing was left, so I’m guessing it’s just spam. Looks like plenty of others have been checking out that number today too.

This number has called me twice in the past few days. The person on the other end had a clear Indian accent but gave a Western name, something like "Mic Allan." They claimed to be from EE, offering a 30% discount on EE mobile plans. Weirdly, they just hang up after a minute, even if you seem keen to keep talking. I really don’t get what they’re after. Also, is it possible they might charge you just for picking up? Bit unsure about that.

Got a call from someone with a very Asian accent, but I couldn’t make out what they were saying. They just ended the call abruptly without telling me why they were ringing. I’ve decided to block the number now.
