I’m quite convinced that this number is linked to some dodgy dealings. It rang me twice just today. The person on the other end acted like they were from Carphone Warehouse, trying to peddle a load of discounted "special offer" mobile plans. It's all a bit fishy, to say the least!

Totally dodgy call claiming there was a 30% discount at Carphone Warehouse. Never been there before, especially not in Cardiff, so it felt off straight away. When I challenged them about it being a scam, they just cut the call right away. Proper fishy behaviour!
