So this person rings me up and asks if my loft has asbestos or rock wool in it. I told them I’ve got rock wool but no idea about asbestos, probably not though! Then they start saying they’re gonna be around my neck of the woods next week and offer a free check-up on the house… Really?! I just hung up straight away!
