Nuisance caller alert! This pesky individual doesn't seem to get the hint, as they persistently ring a child's number even after being firmly asked to scram. It’s infuriating that they continue to use a plethora of other numbers, all the while masquerading as a telephone service provider. Utterly maddening!

I received a missed call on my mobile that's listed with the Telephone Preference Service. It appears to be from the same source as these three other numbers: 01932 689447, 01932 689212, and 01932 689238. Remarkably, all four numbers rang me today within a mere four-hour span – that's an unusual volume of calls for me, exceeding my usual tally for an entire week!

It's quite clear that the trickery involved is in disconnecting the call only to lure you into ringing them back, completely unaware that you're actually dialing a premium rate line.

Whenever I pick up the call, they never say a word and just cut off. Should they ever inquire for my email address, I’d make sure to spell it out using the NATO phonetic alphabet: Foxtrot Uniform Charlie Kilo Oscar Foxtrot Foxtrot.
