Got a call about some deal on my EE SIM, they said I could get 5 SIM cards with unlimited texts, minutes and data for just £6.00 altogether. Sounded dodgy to me, definitely a scam.

I received a call from someone with a very pronounced Indian accent who came across rather rough around the edges, almost like a dodgy character. They were trying to sell me an upgrade for my mobile phone, but their approach was anything but professional. I’d strongly advise steering clear of any interaction with them!

Normally I just let calls from unknown numbers ring out but answered this one for a bit of fun. Was some bloke with a thick Indian accent trying to sell me a phone upgrade. Told him I wasn’t interested and I don’t deal with scammers, then said bye. He kept going and didn’t hang up, so I figured I’d mess about and waste a few mins of their time!
