I encountered yet another little trickster purporting to be from my network, EE, claiming they had an unbeatable deal on the new iPhone 15! They were offering it for just £35 a month, including limitless calls, texts, and internet. When I expressed interest, the representative asked which colour caught my eye. I mentioned orange, only for him to suggest that I might fancy the pink option instead! Naturally, I pressed on and made it clear I’d only consider an upgrade if I could snag the limited edition iPhone 15 in a vibrant orange adorned with red and white polka dots. He then informed me that was out of stock but could be specially ordered just for me-if I agreed to move forward, of course! Then he requested my banking information!
