I’m rather puzzled as to why this number would be contacting me.

Apparently, I received a call from "O2 Promotions and Sales" claiming they had a special offer to knock some money off my contract. Considering I've never been an O2 customer, I promptly blocked the number without a second thought. What a waste of time!
