I received a call from someone who said they were from Vodafone, supposedly to discuss an upgrade. However, the chap didn’t even get my name right, which immediately raised my suspicions. He had such an unprofessional tone that I decided to cut the conversation short and hang up. To top it all off, I'm not even a Vodafone customer!
