I just got a call from someone claiming to be with EE, telling me they were cutting my monthly bill by 30%. Then they asked me to confirm how much I currently pay each month to "verify" my identity. After that, they wanted my postcode to send me some "airpods" or something. I told them to check the postcode they have on file instead, but they kept rambling about not seeing it and insisted they’d post the gift without needing any personal details. That sounded dodgy, so I ended the call and blocked the number right away. Looked up the number afterwards and found out it’s a known scam!
