I saw it was marked as possible spam, so I just let it ring without picking up. After reading what other folks said, I'm really pleased I ignored it.

I picked up this call even though it was marked as annoying, but I didn't say anything at first. Then, a voice with an Asian accent asked how I was, before jumping into questions about issues with my home, like mould or damp. I kept telling him there was nothing wrong, but he wouldn't stop. He went on to ask if my place was owned by me or if it belonged to the council or housing association. I kept saying I had no problems, said goodbye and ended the call. He was really pushy and barely let me get a word in.
