Got a call supposedly from Easylife but it came from a different number. They mentioned sending me a free puzzle book pack but warned if I didn't get back to them to cancel, they'd keep sending it every month and charge my card. The support number they gave me also didn’t match what I found online. I've dropped an email to Easylife to see what they have to say about this.

Didn’t pick up since I didn’t recognise the number and thought it might be some sort of scam or nuisance call. Honestly, I really should’ve been more careful buying from Easylife! Received a call, but I really couldn't make out what the individual was saying due to my hearing difficulties. I suspect it might have been some call centre, perhaps with one of those silly gadgets they speak into. At 81 years of age, I’d rather not deal with these time-wasting annoyances!
