So this guy claimed he was ringing from some Castle place about private pensions. He asked for me just by my first name and then kept using it all through the call, which felt proper rude and a bit unprofessional. Couldn’t say where he’d picked up my details, just kept going on about ‘the database’. When I told him I wasn’t interested, he snapped at me to be more careful about who I share my info with if I didn’t want these calls. Proper cheek, that one.

Got calls a couple times from various Cardiff numbers, they were asking for a John Smith or a Nick Smith which sounds like typical fake names. Each time I answered, it was a bloke who kept insisting I'd asked him to call for John or Nick, which I absolutely never did. He wouldn’t give up, so I just ended the call. Now I’ve blocked the numbers.

Upon expressing my reservations, she got quite huffy, claiming she also had a job to do, and threw in a rather cheeky "duck" before abruptly ending the call. Quite the encounter, I must say!
