Today, my father received a call from this number, stating that he had been involved in a car accident and was eligible for some sort of 'discomfort compensation'. He, understandably flustered, passed my number along so they could chat with me directly. When I inquired about their business name and mentioned I wanted to investigate further-considering the situation raised a few red flags-they abruptly ended the call. It’s utterly disgraceful that these scammers prey on vulnerable seniors. My dad is 77 and shouldn’t have to deal with this nonsense. Is there a way to alert the authorities? What measures can we take to put a stop to these crooks?

I received a message stating that I'm due a payment of £3500 from some accident claim, yet I've never filed a claim! It strikes me as a ploy to fish for my bank details. Must be careful with such dubious schemes!
