Yeah, it’s definitely UHW calling. I got calls from them before about a hospital booking. If you try calling back after missing their call, you just end up at the main reception who say someone will ring you later. It’s quite frustrating if you’re waiting on a few appointments or procedures because you never know which department’s getting in touch since they don’t leave any voicemail. Received a call on Thursday, 30th June 2016, at precisely 15:15. I was out in the garden and couldn’t pick up, so I used the 1471 service to track it down, which revealed the number 029 2184 0000.
