I received a call informing me that I had made an application for a debt consolidation loan, which I can assure you I definitely did not. When I mentioned to the chap, who identified himself as Martin, that I had no such application pending, he abruptly cut the call without any further ado. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

I find this rather concerning, seeing as I never sought out a loan – my inquiries were strictly about a credit card with my bank. I've gone ahead and informed my bank about this odd situation, as there might be some connection there that needs investigating.

Received a dodgy text claiming to be from 'Multaloan'—it really seems like a scam! They’ve set up a phoney btly link, which I wouldn’t recommend clicking on at all! Just beware, folks!
