I promptly contacted my bank, Lloyds, and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. They’ll be refunding the £90 since I did cancel within the trial period, and they’ll keep an eye on my account for any sneaky deductions from Ketone. To complicate matters, I perused their terms and conditions today with a magnifying glass and noticed some contradictory statements about cancellation. One section says to ‘contact’ customer support, while another insists on a ‘call’.
