Got a call where the bloke mentioned ‘Cardiff’. He said he was from some company starting with M, trying to fix my supposed non-existent life insurance. He actually knew my name and asked about illnesses I supposedly had but never mentioned. I found it hilarious and started messing about with him. Once he twigged I was having a laugh, I slowly turned the volume down and ended the call. Total scam.

Got a call from someone who knew my full name, address and even the postcode which really worried me. This time I said I was putting her through to the police and she just ended the call. Surely it's about time they did something to stop these calls, especially since they're aimed at vulnerable people.
