Got a call claiming to be from ‘the rewards club’, which apparently is part of Easylife. That’s why I flagged it as ‘risky’ - steer clear of Easylife. I kept telling them multiple times that I didn’t want any more calls since I’m on the telephone preference service. I’ve even reported them to the ICO. Also, watch out because they fake their caller ID to make it look like they’re calling from Cardiff, but their main office is actually in London. The number starting with 02921 is known to be used by scammers and fraudsters too.

I got a call at about 3:33pm on the 19/07/21 from someone claiming to be with Easy Life. The woman on the line mentioned I’d ordered a Mahoney side table back in May and even knew my address, which sounded pretty convincing. She said they wanted to send me a £30 voucher along with some free plants. Still, something felt off, maybe because I got scammed earlier in March. Just watch out for this number, it doesn’t seem quite right.
