Had a ring at 9:20 this morning, but the bloke on the other end struggled to pronounce my name correctly. I pointed that out to him, and then inquired whether I'd asked them to call me in the first place. He didn’t give me a proper answer and just abruptly cut off the line. Quite odd, I must say.

I received a rather dubious call from this number earlier, claiming they were about to send me complimentary vouchers for, well, something they never quite specified, along with additional vouchers valid at over 3,000 retailers. I didn’t stick around to hear more; I simply hung up and immediately blocked the number. Better safe than sorry!

I received a call from a woman claiming she obtained my name and number from a company I previously used. She was trying to sell me cheaper gas and electricity at a subscription rate of £26.99 every three months. She mentioned that they would send further information, but I decided to hang up.

Received a call around three in the afternoon. The woman on the other end had a strong foreign accent, which made it quite tricky to catch what she was saying. The only bit I managed to grasp was her mentioning that I'd requested some information. I was completely baffled and informed her I had no clue what she meant before ending the call.
