Hey, this number keeps ringing me but it’s not my mate’s number at all.

I received a rather intrusive call from a company that went by the name 'SafetoMotor' or perhaps 'SavetoMotor', conducted by a rather boisterous lady with a distinct Welsh accent. The number that popped up on my screen was 0442921210169. She was trying to persuade me to jump on board for some discounted motor repairs, insisting I sign up for a one-off payment of £19.99 and then £6.99 per month, with the first couple of weeks free of charge. Despite my attempts to remain courteous and repeatedly stating that I wasn’t interested, she wouldn’t take no for an answer. I even made it clear that I wasn’t about to share any personal information with a stranger on the phone, yet her relentless pitch just went on and on. In the end, I had no choice but to hang up. Quite frustrating, to say the least!

I missed their call at first, so I looked up some reviews and saw someone else mention a holiday that never happened. I won’t be ringing them back, especially since I don’t deal with any firms from Wales anyway.

Had a bloke ring me up with a Birmingham accent, saying he was doing a survey about an all-inclusive holiday I’d supposedly been on. Thing is, I’ve never been on one! I told him straight up it wasn’t me and ended the call. But he just won’t give up - has called me back every 10 minutes! Proper annoying.
